১।  আপনি যে কোন রিটেইলার এর দোকানে গিয়ে এক্সাট ৫০২ টাকা লোড করবেন, তাহলে সাথে সাথেই আপনার টাকা কেটে নিয়ে আপনাকে ৫ জি বি  3g ইন্টারনেট দিয়ে দিবে। তবে আপনি দুইটি অ্যাকাউন্ট এ পাবেন। *৭৭৮*৪# এখানে পাবেন ২.৫ জি বি এবং *৭৭৮*৪০# এ পাবেন আরও ২.৫ জি বি। দুইটি অ্যাকাউন্ট এরই মেয়াদ পাবেন ১ মাস করে। তবে এখনে *৭৭৮*৪# এর বালেন্স আগে ব্যবহার হবে তার পর *৭৭৮*৪০# ব্যবহার হবে।
